The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year building surveying experience from university placement or other and will hold a relevant RICS approved degree in building surveying.
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships are also vital for this role.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- RICS approved degree in Building Surveying
- Minimum 1 year experience (placement or other)
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel
- AutoCAD preferable but not essential
- Ability to manage own workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills, logical and practically minded
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- A passion for learning and progressing your career as a Building Surveyor.
- An analytical mind combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
- A UK Driving License
- Strong work ethic
