Assembly Operator

Join us in our brand new operational facility on the IAMP as an Assembly Operator and help support the set up and launch of production operations through pre-production phase to operational serial production and supply.
Your role will encompass:
General
- Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times
Pre-Production / Set up phase
- Undergo extensive training in safety, electrification, build process and JEPS (Jatco Excellence Production System)
- Be part of production trials to ensure we deliver the motor to the correct quality, cost and time in a safe manner
Serial Production phase
- Machine operating
- Quality inspection
- Hand assembly of parts
- Completing duties for despatch and inventory as designated by your supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an automotive / manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety. A strong understanding of assembly processes, with a dedication to continuous improvement are required.
You will be required to have a flexible attitude to adapt to changing situations for shift work and overtime and have the drive and passion to progress your own growth and development.
