Job Purpose:
The Architectural Hardware Co-Ordinator is responsible for the following the planning and coordination of architectural hardware to relevant projects (door hardware, locks, hinges, closers, handles, etc.) across construction and renovation projects. This role ensures compliance with design, performance, and regulatory requirements while supporting the project teams with technical knowledge and timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in architectural hardware coordination, scheduling, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of door hardware components, standards, and finishes (e.g., hinges, locks, closers, handles).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and hardware schedules.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (not essential)
- GAI (Guild of Architectural Ironmongers) qualification or working towards it.
