Apprentice Childcare Practitioner Level 2/ Level 3
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual who wants to develop a career in working with young children. The successful candidate must be reliable, self motivated and a team player. In return we will dedicate our time to train and develop your skills to achieving your qualification which can lead to progression to become a full time team member.
- On the job training with allocated personal tutor.
- 32-40 hours a week which includes 8 hours a week off the job paid training hours.
- Train as part of an excellent team of practitioners in a small nurturing environment.
- Develop the skills to be a Key Worker and understand all aspects of "Birth to 5 Matters' and 'EYFS framework'.
- Renumeration above basic apprentice rate.
You must be:
- Friendly, caring, energetic and have a positive mindset
- Be self motivated to complete college work and development files
- Be a team player
- Be flexible reliable and committed
Ideal Eduction Attainment;
- GCSE level 4 or above in Maths and English (otherwise you would have to complete Functional Skills in Maths and English alongside your childcare course.
- Enhanced DBS prior to starting employment.

Pay: £7.55-£11.52 per hour
