We're looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Analytics Engineer to help drive our data capabilities to the next level. In this role, you’ll harness the power of GCP BigQuery and dbt Cloud to build world-class data models and products that fuel everything from APIs to analytics dashboards. You'll ensure that teams across the business can make confident, data-driven decisions without worrying about infrastructure, transformation pipelines, or data quality. Working closely with data engineers, you'll help shape our architecture and permissions landscape, while supporting our CI/CD pipelines using tools like SQLFluff and Slim CI.

This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment where continuous improvement is more than just a buzzword. You'll manage and evolve dbt environments, train teams to become dbt-savvy, and collaborate with visualisation developers to keep Looker perfectly aligned with your data models. With a focus on data governance, documentation, and product catalogues, you'll be a key player in keeping our data ecosystem consistent, trusted, and cutting-edge. If you're passionate about empowering teams with clean, reliable data, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
