About t he Role:
W e are s eeking a t alented RICS Registered Valuer t o join our g rowing t eam i n residential,
e ducation, a nd healthcare valuations. I f you a re ambitious, excel a t lateral thinking, a nd are a
whiz with numbers, we w ant t o hear from you.
Your caseload w ill b e on behalf of solicitors, p rivate i nvestment f unds and p rivate c lients. The w ork w ill
i nclude s tandard valuation w ork, expert w itness a nd lease a nd property m anagement c onsultancy.
You will be a fee earner w ith t he duty to g enerate income a nd to a lso s upport b usiness development with
and for o ther members of the team.
Responsibilities w ill i nclude b ut are not l imited t o:
- Support within the p rofessional services t eam p roviding valuation and c onsultancy advice.
- Your particular focus will be i n the d elivery of professional work and s upporting t he Managing
D irector from time to time with preacquisition d ue diligence and s trategic property a dvice,
supporting funds, d evelopers a nd private clients.
- P rovide p roperty strategy, v aluation reports and advice.
- Maintaining and adding t o the c omparable d atabase to ensure data is current and accurate.
- C o-ordinating a nd recruitment o f junior s taff when the n ecessity arises in order t o support the
- P reparation of development v iability assessments.
- Supporting in a variety of p rofessional areas i ncluding lease a dvisory work.
- Engagement of k ey and specialist professionals for c lients.
- Assist a nd help to d eliver i mproved procedures and b usiness performance
- Engage in any other reasonable activity a s requested b y the M anagement Team.
- Undertake ongoing learning and CPD a t 20+ h ours.
- From time to t ime, support fellow D irectors with attendance at P roject T eam m eetings and s ite v isits.

Key S kills and Experience:
- Registered Valuer
- M RICS with a m inimum of 5 y ears post qualified experience.
- Commercial a nd l oan security valuation experience.
- Develop a nd m aintain a strong c lient b ase.
- To follow the membership a nd firm r egulations o f the RICS and ethical standards.
- S upport efforts f or continual improvement a nd e nsure r eporting format is in accordance w ith R ICS
- Day to day duties include inspections in accordance w ith internal and e xternal g uidance, t horough
d ue d iligence, source and analysis of suitable comparable evidence, being fully e ngaged and aware
o f market activity, and preparing v aluation r eports for clients for a v ariety of purposes.
- Be c ompetent with use of A rgus developer and excel/google sheets. B e competent in financial
- Be a ble to w ork collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of consultants and service
- H ave good landlord and tenant law understanding
- Proven fee track r ecord
