Windfall Logistics (WFL) is a long-established FMCG business providing back-office, logistics, and brand management for a portfolio of fast-growing consumer brands across FMCG, Health & Wellness. Our clients include some of the most exciting emerging brands in supplements, functional food, skincare, and drinks.
We are expanding our presence on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller across multiple brands and need an experienced Amazon Vendor and Seller & Advertising Specialist to lead the charge.
The Role
You’ll manage and grow multiple Amazon Vendor Central accounts, working across different brands under the WFL umbrella. This includes listing optimisation, A+ content, running and scaling ad campaigns, and handling Vendor compliance and catalogue management.
We’re looking for someone with proven Vendor Central expertise (not just Seller Central), who can combine commercial insight with hands-on management of Amazon Advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Amazon Vendor Central accounts across several brands
- Create and improve product listings, titles, keywords, images, and A+ content
- Develop, execute, and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display/DSP)
- Analyse performance (ACoS, TACoS, ROI) and provide actionable insights
- Handle Amazon chargebacks, compliance issues, and catalogue updates
- Monitor inventory, demand forecasting, and replenishment orders
- Advise on promotional opportunities (Coupons, Lightning Deals, Vine, Subscribe & Save)
- Produce monthly reporting on sales, ad spend, and profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising, retail analytics, and SEO
- Experience with A+ Content and Brand Store creation
- Ability to interpret data, report on KPIs, and optimise campaigns
- Problem-solving mindset for Vendor chargebacks and compliance issues
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in FMCG, supplements, or wellness categories is a plus
