Your Role
As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the strategy and execution of sales and marketing efforts for two high-impact initiatives. Your primary focus will be to:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to optimise campaigns and maximise profitability
- Build strong relationships with clients who share our growth-focused values
- Take full ownership and accountability for results
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-converting sales funnels and outreach strategies
- AI-Powered Marketing: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot, Jasper, CRM systems, analytics platforms) to optimise campaigns, personalise outreach, and increase efficiency
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales cycle
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
- Content & Campaign Creation: Craft compelling marketing content across digital channels (email, social, paid ads, etc.)
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign results, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- Ownership Mentality: Act as a leader within your role, taking initiative and full responsibility for performance outcomes

- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing (ideally in service-based or transformation-focused sectors)
- Deep understanding of and experience with AI marketing and sales tools
