Summary
Working in our After Sales Support department at Bolsover Cruise Club, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer experience. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service as they plan their dream cruises.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Address any post-booking customer queries or concerns, providing timely and clear responses to inquiries related to their bookings, changes, cancellations, and other services
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all queries are resolved with empathy and attention to detail.
- Manage flight bookings, documentation, and post-booking queries via internal support bins.
- Conduct updates or system actions as required to support individual customer journeys.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel, retail, or contact centre environments.
- Strong multitasking and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing positively to team goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- A passion for travel and knowledge of cruise lines is a plus.
