The institute of Cosmetologie is an recognised beauty & aesthetics training academy, recognised for its exceptional standards in providing advanced training to professionals in the aesthetics industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical Aesthetics Trainer to join our team in Kettering. This is a unique opportunity to work with an international academy delivering top-tier training to the next generation of aesthetics professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, dermal fillers, and other advanced techniques.
- Provide hands-on training and supervision to students, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to practice safely and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the aesthetics industry to maintain cutting-edge training programs.
- Work closely with the curriculum development team to enhance and update course materials as needed.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their certification.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming training environment, ensuring all students receive an exceptional educational experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be a qualified Nurse Prescriber with current NMC registration.
- Experience in aesthetics.
- Proven experience in delivering training or mentoring in a clinical or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
