Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic medicine, demonstrating expertise in delivering high-quality patient care while enhancing the overall aesthetic experience. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ aesthetic needs and desires.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that align with patients’ goals.
- Administer aesthetic procedures including injectables, skin rejuvenation treatments, and laser therapies.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner licence with relevant qualifications in aesthetics.
- Proven experience in aesthetic nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and artistry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Previous experience with advanced aesthetic techniques is an advantage but not mandatory.
