Overview
How You'll Make an Impact
As an Advisor of Data Partnerships at Epsilon, you will contribute to the transformation of marketing through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships. As a pivotal member of the Data Partnerships team, your role will be instrumental in expanding our global data ecosystem across the EMEA region. By building and nurturing relationships with key data vendors and platforms, you will elevate Epsilon's capabilities and market position, driving measurable outcomes for our clients. Your efforts will enhance the value of the Epsilon PeopleCloud (EPC) platform, supporting our growth goals and fostering innovation in marketing strategies that leverage first-party customer data.

What You'll Achieve
  • Mastering Epsilon's Data Ecosystem, acquiring deep expertise in international data assets and their applications.
  • The ability to respond to inquiries about data partner methodologies and attribute creation processes, providing valuable insights.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions on CORE ID® and Epsilon's data capabilities to clients and agencies.
  • Collaboration with Legal to formulate business-level responses to data privacy queries.
  • Identification of and evaluation of new data investment opportunities in collaboration with the broader Data Partnerships team.
  • Expertise at working with Decision Sciences to assess potential identity and enrichment data partners for strategic alignment.
  • Partnership with Data Warehousing, Product, and ALAB teams to onboard new data assets and build additional audiences.
  • Assist the Director, Data Partnerships with legal reviews, commercial negotiations, argument development, procurement, and vendor onboarding.
  • Managing and expanding existing data partnerships to optimize their value.
  • Providing strategic support to local markets, assisting with pitches for prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with the Client Data Strategy and Analytics team to craft and troubleshoot tests, recommend audiences, and activate media destinations.

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 3-5 years of experience in supporting teams and clients with data strategy.
    • Strong understanding of ad tech, data integration, data activation, and the data economy.
    • Proven quantitative skills with the ability to engage deeply with numbers.
    • An entrepreneurial approach with proactive problem-solving abilities.
    • Skilled in encouraging excellent relationships with data, technology, and research partners.
    • Attention to detail with an ability to identify data anomalies or mistakes.
    • Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Hands-on, problem-solving disposition with a "can-do" approach.
