Position: Advanced Injectable Aesthetic Practitioner
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Hours – Weekend Availability Required)
SpaOptions – Southend’s leading Beauty and Aesthetic Clinic – is expanding and looking for a highly skilled, qualified, and professional Advanced Injectable Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a modern, high-street clinic with a loyal client base and a strong reputation. Ongoing training in advanced body and facial aesthetics is provided to support your career development.
Only apply if you hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), and are fully qualified in Advanced Injectable Aesthetics – including Dermal Fillers, Botulinum Toxin Skin Boosters, Vitamin shots, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Fat Dissolving etc.
You must be confident with walk-in clients and committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering advanced Facial and injectable treatments including Botulinum toxin, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters, Vitamin shots, Fat Dissolving, Dermaplaning, Microneedling etc.
- Conducting in-depth consultations to assess individual client needs and also to work closely with medical practitioner.
- Providing tailored skincare and aesthetic treatment plans.
- Welcoming and confidently managing both booked and walk-in clients.
- Offering professional product advice and aftercare support.
- Supporting reception duties, diary management, and admin tasks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with health and safety standards.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client care.
- Staying current with aesthetic industry trends and techniques.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Advanced Facial and Injectable qualifications in both Dermal Fillers, Botulinum Toxin, Skin Boosters, Vitamin shots, Fat Dissolving, Dermaplaning, Microneedling etc.
- Proven experience in delivering professional injectables and skin treatments
- Comfortable handling walk-in clients in a busy, high-street setting
- A strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism at all times
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- A genuine passion for aesthetics and client confidence
Desirable (Not Essential):
- VTCT Level 4 Laser & Skin Rejuvenation (training can be provided)
- Dermalogica-trained
- Social media or content creation experience

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
