Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, committed and detail conscious Administrator to join the Education Department.
Working as part of our Education Team you will bring to us an ability to manage a diverse and plentiful workload. Our department works at pace so you're the type of person who enjoys working in an ever changing environment and managing your own workload.

You will have experience of:
Providing general confidential administrative support, leading or supporting projects from commencement to completion
Arranging courses and conferences including venues, speakers, equipment and hospitality services
Taking bookings, payments and updating databases
Facilitating venue and events including attending meetings and conferences
Producing high quality materials using various IT packages
Recording minutes
Processing invoices and banking
Responding to internal and external enquiries
Maintaining effective filing systems
The role requires the successful candidate to hold a clean UK driving license and have access to a car. You must also have the right to work in the UK and finally we'd ideally like you have to have an understanding or an appreciation of Catholic Schools.
