Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise Xero for financial tracking and invoicing.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required, facilitating communication across departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Xero.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
