Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Hours of Work: Full-time (37 hours per week). Part-time or flexible hours may be considered.
Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch) and Friday, 08:30 – 16:00 (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: Immediate

At a time of continued growth, huge investment and ever-increasing order book, we are seeking a motivated and organised Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Accounts team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Filing and scanning documents to maintain accurate records.
- Matching purchase orders to invoices.
- Entering data accurately into internal systems.
- Assisting with supplier and customer queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Preparing and issuing customer statements.
- General administrative support to the Accounts team and wider business.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Previous office or administrative experience (advantageous, but not essential).
