Job Description

Responsibilities include:
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Resolving supplier and client queries.
- Processing of credit cards and expenses.
- Raising customer invoices.
- Recharge of costs between business streams.
- Assisting with costings, quotations, and budgets.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Assisting with month end duties.
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties to assist the team.
JOB Type and Location: Full-time / Monday to Friday / 09:00 – 17:30
Location: Romford - RM3 8UR, office based
Salary: £24,000.00 year,
Person Specification
- You have previous experience in an office role ideally within accounts.
- You are well organised, prioritising and working within key deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have the natural ability and enjoy building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- You are flexible, adaptable, and open minded and respond well to the ever-changing priorities.
- Knowledgeable of Sage, Xero and Microsoft 365
