Accounts Assistant - Bahnstormer Motorrad (Alton)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Alton, supporting Jamie, our hard-working Office and Accounts Manager.
This is an office-based role with flexible hours - ideal for someone looking to work around school runs or other commitments. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.
About the Role
You’ll play an important part in supporting our finance function - processing payments, keeping accurate records, and helping the team stay organised and efficient. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in a friendly, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Process accounts payable and maintain accurate records
· Data entry and general financial admin
· Assist with financial reports and reconciliations
· Respond to supplier and internal queries
· Work with accounting systems including QuickBooks, Sage, and Keyloop Drive (Kerridge)
What We’re Looking For
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good working knowledge of Excel
· Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or Keyloop Drive is a bonus (training provided if needed)
· Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a small team
· Previous accounts experience is helpful but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
